Orders & Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to Ireland.

There is currently no minimum order limit.

How long will delivery take?

Lead time on all orders is 7 working days. The national postal service, An Post, delivers all orders on our behalf. Whilst we strive to deliver your order within 2 working days, however, there may be external unforeseen delays within the postal service which may delay your order. Orders received before 1pm are dispatched on the next working day. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days please email or call us on 085 722 1566.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated at checkout and based on items within your order. Standard delivery is charged at €4.95. All delivery charges are clearly displayed prior to payment. 

Can I amend my order?

Should you wish to amend your order, please contact us at or call us on 085 722 1566 within 4hrs of placing your order, else your order may already be processed for delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you have 14 days from the date you receive the order to notify us that you wish to cancel the order, then a further 14 days to return the order. Within this timeframe it is your responsibility to ensure that the items within the order are in a re-sellable state, this means in good condition and not damaged otherwise you may be liable for diminished value where you may be required to pay for part or all of the order contents. Exclusions to this directive include personalised and/or customised orders. Please email or call 085 722 1566 for all order queries.

If Track & Trace delivery was an option at checkout you will be issued with our delivery partner’s tracking details via the email you provided during checkout. For orders where Track & Trace was not an option at checkout, you will receive an email notification that your order has been received and then later another email notification of when your order has been completed and dispatched.

We can deliver your order to another address different to your billing address. At checkout, simply specify your shipping address in the form provided. Please ensure you provide an accurate address and include a postcode.

Accounts & Payment

How do I place an order?

To place an order visit, select a product and add to cart. Proceed to the fast checkout area where you can easily checkout as a guest; no account required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept card payments which are processed securely with our payment partner Stripe. We also accept PayPal. 

Can I create an account?

We currently do not offer hzpixel shop accounts. All customers can avail of our secure fast Guest checkout system. This checkout experience enables you to checkout your order quickly without the requirement of signing up and activating an account. You will still receive updates regarding your order confirmation straight through to completion and delivery via email.

How can I use my discount code?

At checkout simpy follow the instructions “Have a discount code? Click here to enter your coupon code”, once clicked, a box will be provided, go ahead and paste or type your discount code and click apply. Your discount code will then be applied to your order.

I have an error at checkout, what do I do?

The most common error on checkout is caused by fields that are not checked (ticked) as required, for example “I am not a robot” or your name and billing address do not match your payment details. You will clearly see error messages that will help guide you to a solution. If you receive an error message regarding payment, please ensure you have sufficient funds within your account or that your card has not expired. If you require further assistance please email us at and include your error message; screenshot would be helpful and state your current device.

Do you work with trade companies?

How do I quickly re-order every month?

Please email us at or call us on 085 722 1566 so that we can transfer you to a monthly plan.

Are your print materials environmentally friendly?

We are passionate about our environmental responsibility and in accordance with our eco-friendly ethos, as a minimum standard, all of our stickers and packaging are either all or part recyclable, biodegradable and vegan friendly.
